1. The lab attendance is recorded every week, it is mandatory; if you miss a lab, you will not be permitted to hand that lab in and will receive a grade of 0 for that lab.

    

2. A signed “Expectations of Originality” form must be attached to each lab report.

    

3. Lab Report submission:

   • Lab reports are due at the beginning of the next lab session.

   • Late lab reports will receive a 20% penalty for each day they are delivered late, the first day being the day of submission past the beginning of the lab session. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

   • Please follow the Example Lab Report [.DOC] to prepare your lab reports (5~10 pages). Considering the points given in How to prepare a lab report.

   • There is a 50% penalty for not using the given theme for lab reports.
