Project Development of highly active nano-structured nickel-based electroctalysts by atmospheric and by suspension plasma spraying methods. This project aims at using Ni-based electrodes as a replacement for Pt electrodes for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) by water electrolysis in an efficient and cost-effective way. The results would be useful for providing green and renewable energy as an alternative to hydrocarbon-based fuels.
