Thermal Spray : Facilities
The DPV 2000 particle diagnostics system
has diverse utility in the thermal spray industry. It enables you to deposit coatings of metal alloys, carbides, composites, blends, cermets, abradables and oxide ceramics
Figure 1 : 3MB Plasma Spray Gun
This plasma spray gun series has diverse utility in the thermal spray industry. It enables to deposit coatings of metal alloys, carbides, composites, blends, cermets, abradables and oxide ceramics. its main features :
- Suitable for short-range spray work and complex geometries
- Suited for both general purpose and advanced coating applications
- Uniform gas flow at all power levels
Diamond Jet™ Series HVOF Gas Fuel Spray Guns
The Diamond Jet series series supports a wide range of fuel gasses and water or air cooling options. The coatings produced feature:
- High density
- Low oxide content
- High adhesion to substrate
- Excellent machinability

The DPV 2000 particle diagnostics system
helps to determine the characteristics of spray particles in flight pin a specific volume of the spray jet. The surface temperature (two-wavelength pyrometry), the flux amount, the diameter (iterative, manual adjustment of the emission coefficients) and the speed of the spray particles (light barrier principle) are all measured simultaneously.
