California's Toxic Mold Protection Act of 2001
California Senate Bill 732, sponsored by state Sen. Deborah Ortiz (D-Sacramento) and passed by the state Senate last month, would require the state Department of Health Services to establish permissible mold exposure limits and set standards on how to handle serious mold infestations.
