Students
Registration is completely free! With registration you get:
- Free access to the entire event;
- Free lodging for the night of the event at the beautiful Clarion Hotel in Midtown for selected student coming from outside Montreal;
- Lunch as well as refreshments on September 24th;
- VIP treatment at a club downtown.
Please read the details of the contests and the level of involvement that each requires before signing up to any of these. Space for each contest is limited and we want to reserve it for students that are truly motivated to compete.

Companies
We provide you with the opportunity to have a kiosk at the SAF. It is free of charge for CRIAQ companies, 250$ for Canadian non-CRIAQ companies and 1000$ for the non-CRIAQ companies outside Canada. Please fill out the appropriate form and send it to 2008saf@gmail.com.
