Title: Cross-Pollination: A Clue to Build Usable and Confident Systems

Based on characteristics of software and profession for developing software, there are common tendencies in dealing with subject matter. They introduce many problems at the usage of the software intensive systems. One of the effective way is cross-pollination. Examples of problems and effective applications are cited.
