Essay:heat and moisture behavior of underground spaceSource: Ogura, D., Matsushita, T. and Matsumoto, M., 1999Related to: hygrothermal research: theory and modelling, Water in the gound has a great influence on thermal and hygric behavior, esp. on the surface termpeture. To rpdict accurately heat transfer in/on the ground, it is needed to prdict the temeprature and the mnoisture content profiles. The moisture variation in the room climate is related the the surrounding ground. 1) precipitation affects considerably on moisture and temperature of underground space and surrounding ground; 2) to predict humidity variation and moisture condensation, distribution of the moisture flow on envelope wall surface must be considered; 3) heat of vaporization apparently effects room air temperature; and 4) From view point of prevention of moisture condensation on surrounding wall, wall structure covered with moisture barrier at the surface of ground side is better than wall covered with moisture barrier at the surface of room air side, because of moisture capacity. |
