My main research interest is the application of large-scale optimization methods in healthcare optimization problems with uncertainties, especially in the area of planning and scheduling, logistics, and supply chain problems. My favorite methodologies are stochastic programming, decomposition-based integer programming algorithms (Benders decomposition, Lagrangian relaxation, Column generation), dynamic programming, and robust optimization.
