My main research interest is the applications of operations research methods in large-scale optimization problems in different areas such as transportation and logistics, supply chain, planning and scheduling. My favorite methodologies are stochastic programming, decomposition-based integer programming algorithms (Benders decomposition, Lagrangian relaxation, Column generation), dynamic programming, and robust optimization.
