Network Intelligence and Innovation Laboratory
Welcome to the Network Intelligence and Innovation Laboratory (NI2Lab) in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering,Concordia University, Canada. The lab provides both research and education platforms for researchers and students to work on both theoretical and applied researches on the development of algorithms, protocols and systems for addressing challenging issues on resource management and scheduling lying in the loop of data lifecycle (acquisition, transmission and analysis), with applications in wireless body area networks, wireless sensor networks, wireless cellular networks, eHealth, Internet of Things (IoT), edge cloud computing and elsewhere. We have tried our best to build an environment to encourage creativity, critical thinking, scholarship, and independence. New Positions

Multiple positions (PhD and MASc) are available for 2024-2025 with special interests in (but not limited to):
- Digital Twin
- Distributed learning (Federated learning, split learning)
- Mobile edge computing
- 6G communication networks
- Wireless body area networks and mobile health
Excellent candidates from other areas will also be considered. All admitted students will be offered financial support in terms of Research Assistantship (RA).
