Instructions
- ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY MARCH 20th MIDNIGHT
- read ALL the instructions on this page carefully
- select free time slots in the schedule below
- send an e-mail to paquet@cse.concordia.ca with subject "COMP6411: project demonstration scheduling", and with the following information in the body of your e-mail (ALL this information is NECESSARY) :
- the course you are registered in
- your team number, and the names and student IDs of all your team members
- a list of ALL time slots given in decreasing order of preference, spanning over the THREE dates allocated
- time slots will be allocated in a first-come-first served basis and a confirmation will be given by e-mail
Other useful information
- plan your presentation to last for fifty (50) minutes. You will not be allowed to talk after 60 minutes have elapsed.
- the intent of the presentation is that you must expose the content of your term paper, including:
- presentation of each of the languages selected by your team, describing all languages according to the criteria listed on individual assignment 4
- presentation of the global comparative results in terms of programming, as stated in programming assignments 1, 2, and 3
- it is your responsibility to make sure that your presentation can be presented in the classroom
- any request for a time slot outside of the proposed schedule will be disregarded
- only your first request is processed, any further request is discarded
