- Somebody or something who is a profound and spiritual source of inspiration through positive feelings.
- The inspiration that spiritually visits and suggests positive feelings, thoughts or actions to somebody.
muse (verb)
- To get inspired by thinking about something in a deep and serious or dreamy and abstracted way.
- To get inspired by gazing at somebody or something.
Muse (noun)
In Greek mythology, one of the nine daughters of Zeus and Mnemosyne, goddess of memory. The Muses inspired and presided over the creative arts. The Muses are: Calliope (epic poetry), Clio (history), Erato (love poetry), Euterpe (lyric poetry), Melpomene (tragedy), Polyhymnia (sacred song), Terpsichore (dance), Thalia (comedy), Urania (astronomy).
