ENGR 6121 — Control of Multi-Agent Systems

Winter 2022

Lectures:
Mondays: 5:45 pm – 8:15 pm; Location: LS 110

Instructor:
Dr. Rastko Selmic (rastko.selmic@concordia.ca)

Office Hours:
Mondays and Wednesdays: 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm (EV 5.169) or by appointment.

Description:
The course covers control of multi-agent systems, theory and applications. After reviewing some basic concepts of stability and Lypaunov theory, the course is then divided into two main parts. In the first part, the course covers theoretical topics such as basic graph theory, graphs and matrices, and spectral graph theory. The course also covers basic formation control, coverage control, cooperative control, and distributed estimation. In the second part, the course covers applications such as cooperative sensing (localization), leader-follower networks, and sensor networks. A project is included which involves simulation development and coding.
