Mg-based metallic glass development for biocompatible materials.
Develop direct laser deposition for a repair of engine components from Ni-based superalloys: Inconel 718, Waspaloy.
Experimental determination of phase diagrams, equilibria and phase relationships.
Computational thermodynamics.
Crystallography.
Diffusion analysis and calculation.
Characterization: SEM/EDS, EPMA/WDS, XRD, DSC, EBSD, TEM, Electrical Resistance.
Manufacturing process: Laser cladding, Additive manufacturing (3D printing), Casting, Injection mould casting, Melt-spinning.
