Schedule for project demonstrations for deliverable 2, SOEN341, Fall 2006

Instructions

read ALL the instructions on this page carefully
select free time slots in the schedule below
send an e-mail to paquet@cse.concordia.ca with subject "Project demonstration scheduling COMP6441", and with the following information in the body of your e-mail (ALL this information is NECESSARY) :
1. the course you are registered in with me
2. your team number, the list of all your team members, including student IDs
3. a selection of THREE free time slots given in decreasing order of preference
I will allocate time slots in a first-come-first served basis and give you a confirmation by e-mail
after receiving confirmation, you are responsible for verifying that your time slot is properly scheduled

all team members do not need to attend the presentation.
plan your presentation to last for at most 15 minutes.
the intent of the presentation is that you must demonstrate that your application is working according to what I asked in the assignment desciption. See the assignment descriiption for a more detailed grading scheme of the build demonstration.
if your application is not working, you have to make sure that you can effectively demonstrate what is currently working.
any request for a time slot outside of the proposed schedule will be disregarded.
only the first request is processed, any further request from the same group is discarded
if you provide only one time slot and it is already taken by the time I process it, you lose your turn.
all demonstrations should occur in the laboratory officially assigned to your course
