    HAM: TRATMO

TRATMO (Transient Analysis Code for Thermal and Moisture Physical Behaviors of Construction), developed by Kohonen, was one of the first relatively complete and useful computerized building enclosure model. It uses moisture content and temperature as driving potentials. The sorption isotherm, moisture diffusivity, and vapor permeability where consdered as functions of temperature and moisture content. A total moisture diffusivity was calculated by summing vapor, liquid, and surface diffusion, and including the proper temperature effects for vapor flow
