Biography
Dr. (John) Xiupu Zhang (张秀甫) was born in China, and received the B.Sc., M.Sc. and
PhD. degree , all in Electrical Engineering, from Harbin Institute of Electrical Technology (now Harbin University of Science and Technology (哈尔滨理工大学), China, in 1983, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications （北京邮电大学）, China , in 1988, and Technical University of Denmark （丹麦技术大学）, Denmark, in 1996, respectively.
