    The following publications provide information on materials and methods that may be incorporated into a building's design to improve its healthiness. Many healthier design methodologies described in texts on sustainable!also known as "green"!design and construction are not included here. The Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Clearinghouse (EREC) also maintains a resource list on indoor air quality.
