Synthetic Stucco EIFS Litigation

Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems, EIFS for short, is more commonly known as "Synthetic Stucco." ˇ¤ Moisture check. Look for moisture in the interior walls, attics, below windows and on floor surfaces.

ˇ¤ Window and seal check. Make sure that edges around windows and seams in your building were caulked or "buttered" coated with EIFS finish. Check caulk joints for continuity.
