бн be useful in helping the reader develop an understanding of the scope, breadth, linkages and basic results of the building envelope research currently being undertaken within British Columbia, Canada. This is a program of research which began in 1995 as a response to the emergence of anecdota reports of moisture problems in the building envelopes of low-rise (3-4 story), multi-unit wood frame buildings within the coastal climate of British Columbia.
