Abbas Soltanian

Abbas has received his Bachelors in Software Engineering from Tabarestan University, Iran in 2008 and his Masters in Information Technology from Sharif University of Technology, Iran in 2011.  He also got his Ph.D. in Information System Engineering at Concordia University, Canada in 2018. During his PhD, he worked on cloud computing and multimedia conferencing applications provisioning in cloud.

Diala Naboulsi, Ph.D.

Diala Naboulsi obtained the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from INSA Lyon, France in 2015. As part of a double degree program, she received in 2012 the M.S. degree in Computer Science from INSA Lyon, France and the M.Eng. degree in Telecommunications from the Lebanese University, Lebanon. She has been a visiting Ph.D. student at the Politecnico di Torino, Italy, in 2013. Her research interests cover a variety of aspects in the areas of Cellular Networks, Data Analysis, Vehicular Networks, and Content Delivery Networks. She currently serves as a reviewer for several international journals and conferences.

Mohammad Abu Lebdeh

Mohammad holds the Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Concordia University, Canada in 2012. He has received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from
An-Najah National University, Palestine in 2005. He later worked as a Software Engineer for several years.
He started his Ph.D as part of the IMS team in 2013. His work covers Cloud Computing, Network Function Virtualization (NFV), Software-Ddefined Networks (SDN), IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS)
and Evolved Packet Core (EPC).

 

Jagruti Sahoo, Ph.D.

Jagruti Sahoo received her Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Central University, Taiwan in January 2013. She worked as a Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Sherbrooke, Canada from 2013 to 2014. She joined Concordia Institute for Information Systems Engineering, Concordia University as a Post-doctoral Fellow in February 2015. Her research interests include Internet of Things, content delivery networks, Network Functions Virtualization and Software Defined Networking.

Ahmad Ferdous Bin Alam

Ferdous holds the Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2008. He later worked as a Software Engineer for 5 years in several
compagnies such as AfriGIS Ltd., Eyeball Networks Inc. and NoveTel Ltd. He led a team of over 10 engineers for 2 years.
He started his Masters as part of the CDN-Multimedia team in 2013. His work covers Cloud Computing, Multimedia Conferencing and Software Architecture.

 
Suryaveer Chauhan

Suryaveer holds the Bachelor's degree in Information & Technology from Purvanchal University, India in 2006. He later worked for 7 years as a Software Developer in India.
He started his Master as part of the IMS team in 2015. His work cover Cloud Computing and IP Multimedia Subsystems.

He holds a Ph.D (2014) in Computer Science from Institut Mines-Telecom, Telecom SudParis, France and an M.Sc. (2010) in Computer Science from the University of Tunis-ELManar, Tunisia. His research interests include Cloud Computing, Service-Oriented Computing and Internet of Things, Content Delivery Networks, and Network Function Virtualization. He is member of several Technical and Organization Program Committees and Reviewer for several international conferences, journals and magazines.

Peyman TalebiFard, Ph.D.

Peyman completed his PhD and MASc in Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of British Columbia (UBC) in 2014 and 2009. He obtained his BEng at Carleton University in 2006 with high distinction. Scope of his research includes design and analysis of architectures, protocols, and management for wireless and mobile communication systems. He has held research positions at Ericsson Canada, Huawei USA and Mobidia Inc. Canada.
