Description |
The goal of the project is to design and build a multifunctional smart home system. The system should be controlled remotely through a smart phone.
Requirements: stand-alone (no PC required) - remote access/administration via Internet - ability to control home appliances (e.g., a microwave) - security system features: sending alerts via Internet (on-screen pop-up), SMS (Internet), various sensor compatibility, etc.
All these features will be controlled and regulated by the Smart Home System mobile application. This means that desired settings will be set and modified remotely using a smart phone.
