Description |
Objective: Indoor pathfinding algorithm is a crucial factor for an indoor delivery vehicle. This project aims to study and develop an indoor delivery vehicle system that uses different algorithms and strategies for indoor pathfinding. The first goal of the project is to produce a reference table with the different algorithms, strategies and results for future developments. The project’s second goal is to build a vehicle that uses the best-fit algorithm and strategy for indoor delivery. The project’s third goal is to move the logic processing unit from the vehicle to the cloud. While goal two is dependent on goal one and goal three is dependent on goal two.
Deliverable: A vehicle that can deliver goods from one position to another inside a building while finding a path itself.
