CRDBER: New site on ENCS

In March 2005, space was found on the faculty web to host CRDBER. The website at the old adress on alcor had not been updated since April 2005. Much work were required: web site registration, change code for web statistics, change to custom search engine, default web address, etc. After deployment and setup for the new address, the site is ready for general use.
