| Description |
The objective of this project is to develop a user-friendly online
management system for the research grants of the faculty members of
any university, which can be used by professors AND departments AND the faculties of that university. This management system can be
accessed (with different priorities) by the professors, the chair and
secretary of each department, the dean and secretary of each faculty,
and the budget office. This system is aimed to facilitate the
management of the grants held by each professor, the approvals
required for the corresponding transactions and expenditures, etc.
Different rules for the system are set by different authorities (at
the university, faculty, and department levels). |
