Title Electronic Security System with Voice Feature
Supervisor Dr. Rabin Raut
Description The students will survey existing electronic alarm/security systems and examine their characteristics. They will figure out a way to process voice signals to activate the alarm system. The final outcome will be several kinds of voice alerts with moderate to loud volumes. Analog amplifiers, digital control circuits, voice encode/decoder chips, power amplifiers and electro-acoustic transducers may be needed to build the complete system.

Tools [Software, hardware, test equipment, etc] SPICE, MATLAB, analog and digital IC chips, DC power supplies, Oscilloscope, Signal generator, PCB (or alternative), loud speakers, microphones.
