| Description |
Attracting new business and ensuring high customer retention are two of the biggest challenges in the automotive service and repair industry. The three main factors to consider are price, transparency and convenience. While the cost of parts and labour are fixed, trust/transparency can be improved. Through our Automotive Repair Service application, customers will be able to schedule an appointment (with optional valet service tracked via internal GPS), receive updates on the progress of the repair (with written and visual feedback from the service technician), and even pay the bill. Auto repair shops who purchase this application will benefit from the luxury of a state of the art scheduling service that will provide valuable information and services to optimize their operations.
